I’d like to try a little experiment with the Twitter community. Marketing Mondays is my attempt to generate some community discussion and (hopefully) learning about marketing in the social web.
In a nutshell, participants tweet their web marketing questions and other Twitter users respond with answers. I’ll be answering every question I can so you’ll at least get an answer from me. I ran a trial last Monday and the number of questions and participants was encouraging to say the least.
This conversation is meant to take place on Twitter . This ensures that the questions and answers are public so that everyone learns and everyone benefits. If you have a web marketing question, don’t hesitate to jump in! Simply tweet your question beginning Mondays at 9am (GMT +8) with the hashtag #MarketingMondays or simply #MM. Let’ just use #MktMon starting next week

P.S. Update: We’ll be using #MktMon. I’m still looking for a good hashtag to organise the conversation. At the moment, #MarketingMondays is too long and #MM will compete with Music Mondays. If you have suggestions for a hashtag, please suggest it in the comments below.
